1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by OreLux Interiors, you agree to be bound by these legal terms. Have you reviewed our latest policy update? We've refined our liability clauses to better serve our B2B commercial clients in New York and beyond.
2. Professional Consultations
All consultations, whether for mineral-inspired decor or full hotel outfitting, are subject to availability. Our team believes in personalized service; therefore, we require 48 hours' notice for cancellations. We're committed to your vision, but we value our designers' expertise and time.
3. Bespoke Manufacturing & Lead Times
Bespoke pieces aren't rushed. Typical lead times for custom luxury furniture are 8-12 weeks from deposit receipt. While we strive for speed, excellence takes time. We don't compromise on the structural integrity of our commercial-grade pieces.
4. Liability Limitation
OreLux Interiors shall not be held responsible for site delays caused by third-party contractors or site conditions. Isn't it better to plan ahead? We recommend scheduling space planning sessions at least 6 months before your grand opening.
